Installation Instructions:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1) Extract zip file to a temporary location
2) Copy the FDOTConnect2024 folder over-writing existing location of FDOTConnect2024 folder
3) Select "Replace the files in the destination" option when the "Replace or Skips Files" dialog is presented

Although the "*.dll" files have been digitally signed, Windows security may "Block" those files since they 
downloaded from the internet.

If you run into issues running any tools in the above list below are the steps to "unblock" those files in bulk.
Open a Windows PowerShell prompt as administrator (not a command window)
Enter the following command: Get-ChildItem -Path "c:\fdotconnect2024\" -Recurse | Unblock-File 
Substitute the folder location of where you have your FDOTConnect2024 folder.
